Synopsis:
I would like to focus the presentation on the changes that are happening in software companies that adopt the Agile methodology to derive the development of their products. From the mindset changing from project/deadline-oriented projects, to agile projects. From fully specified requirements to requirements-as-we-go, and how that can be beneficial and alert on how to avoid dangerous pitfalls.
