Brendan operates a mixed legal practice throughout Leinster, including commercial and intellectual property law litigation. He lectures IP at Griffith College Dublin on both an Undergraduate and Masters degree level. He took an LL.B from Trinity College Dublin and a specialised LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from King’s College London. He is also an associate member of the Irish Association of Patent and Trademark Attorneys.

This talk will look at the development of relevant consumer, banking and finance law which now have to adapt to this new technology.
