Gordon is an IT professional with over 20 years’ experience in web-based technology. He cut his teeth in project management before becoming Head of IT at Babelgum Networks, which was one of the first companies to provide free-to- view online video streaming in the pre-YouTube era. Gordon set up Irish communications technology firm Goldfish during the height of the last recession. The company has grown consistently year-on-year providing cloud telecommunications software and services to businesses across the world. Originally solely a provider of VoIP services to SMEs, the company expanded to provide full cloud PBX systems to large corporations and provide software that manages telecoms systems for contact centres. Goldfish recently became the first Irish telecoms company to be approved as official Partners by ZOHO CRM to provide their Phonebridge integration. This allows companies to boost productivity by connecting their phone system seamlessly to their ZOHO CRM account, in order to make and receive all their calls from within their ZOHO Dashboard, update their customer records via pop ups, track all missed calls and get access to detailed analytics on call activity.
