Howard has over 30 years’ experience in the ICT industry and has been the CTO in Arkphire since 2006. Over this time, he has overseen the transformation of Arkphire’s IT strategy and capabilities to provide best-in-class IT services to an international customer base. He leads the team that has designed, implemented and managed some of the largest and most complex ICT solutions in Ireland and the UK.
